The Leslie O. Carter Water Treatment Plant is back in operation after a 3-week closure for its annual maintenance. Special thanks to staff for getting the site prepped & back in top shape. Pictured are Service Workers Jesus Mota & Caleb Henderson giving the sed basin a good cleaning. #WATERQUALITY #H20 #PWD
